Hotel room cancellation only:
Cancellation cost with:
- > 1 month 0% of the reservation price
- > 14 days15% of the reservation price
- > 7 days 35% of the reservation price
- > 24 hours 85% of the reservation price
- < 24 hours 100% of the reservation price
Cancellation of a course:
- Cancellation more than 6 months in advance of the time when, according to the made agreement, the first service would be provided.
- Cancellation more than 3 months in advance of the starting date: 10% cancellation fee of the amount of reservation.
- Cancellation more than 2 months in advance of the starting date: 15% cancellation fee of the amount of reservation.
- Cancellation more than 1 month in advance of the starting date: 35% cancellation fee of the amount of reservation.
- Cancellation more than 14 days in advance of the starting date: 60% cancellation fee of the amount of reservation.
- Cancellation more than 7 days in advance of the starting date: 85% cancellation fee of the amount of reservation.
- Cancellation less than 7 days in advance of the starting date: 100% cancellation fee of the amount of reservation.
