Cancelling a reservation or registration

In case of a reservation a hotel room only:

  • The guest can cancel the reservation one week ( 7 days) in advance at no charge and full refund.
  • If the cancellation is made less than a week in advance, the guest owes the full amount of the reservation.
  • (conforming to uniform conditions for hospitality business)

In case of a reservation for a course:

  • If you cancel more than one month in advance of the starting date of the event in question, you owe 35% of the amount of reservation.
  • More than 14 days in advance 50%
  • More than 7 days in advance 85%
  • Less than 7 days in advance 100%
  • (conforming to uniform conditions for hospitality business)

If a reservation has been made for a group stay, the following regulations apply for cancellation.

  • If the cancellation is made more than 6 months in advance of the time when, according to the made agreement, the first service would be provided, the customer does not have to pay any fee to the service provider.
  • If the cancellation is made more than 3 months in advance of the starting date, the customer must pay 10% of the amount of reservation to the provider.
  • If the cancellation is made more than 2 months in advance of the starting date, the customer must pay 15% of the amount of reservation to the provider.
  • If the cancellation is made more than 1 month in advance of the starting date, the customer must pay 35% of the amount of reservation to the provider.
  • If the cancellation is made more than 14 days in advance of the starting date, the customer must pay 60% of the amount of reservation to the provider.
  • If the cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance of the starting date, the customer must pay 85% of the amount of reservation to the provider.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance of the starting date, the customer must pay 100% of the amount of reservation to the provider.
